These terms govern your use of rem-vision.com, the corporate website of REM Vision LLC.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rem-vision.com (the "Site"), operated by REM Vision LLC ("REM Vision," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Individual brands in our portfolio operate their own websites and services under their own terms of service. Purchases from those brands are governed by the terms published on the applicable brand's website.

2. About the Site

The Site is the corporate website of REM Vision. It provides information about our company and the portfolio of digital products we own and operate. The Site itself does not sell products or process payments.

3. Eligibility

"REM Vision," "SelectedTests," "LoveMap," "SelectedSongs," "Gut Feeling," "CreateQR," and the associated logos are trademarks of REM Vision LLC.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of our brands. We provide these links for convenience; we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REM VISION LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which REM Vision LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
